What we collect
When you request a video we collect the product URL, your description of what to show, your work email, and your choices for language, size, and voiceover. If you give us a demo account or invite link to record a feature behind a login, we hold that too. We also keep basic technical logs such as IP address and timestamps to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
To make and deliver your video, to email you about that request, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We may send occasional product updates to customers; every such email has an unsubscribe link.
Demo accounts
Demo credentials are used only to record the requested video, are not shared outside the team working on it, and are deleted from our systems once the video is delivered. Please do not send personal credentials or accounts containing real customer data.
Who else sees it
We rely on a small number of service providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (abuse protection). Each processes data only to provide its service to us. We do not otherwise share your information unless required by law.
Retention
Request details are kept while we work on your video and for as long as you remain a customer, plus what we need for accounting. Free preview pages expire 14 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie to verify that a form submission comes from a person.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and object to any use of it, by emailing hello@fablecue.com. We answer within 30 days.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the current version.
